The Nivelles Tourist Office provides guided tours of the Collegiate Church of St Gertrude, and of the town, as well as packages combining a tour of the church with a visit to another major tourist attraction in the local area. These group visits are organised on request in French, Dutch, English, German.
The following table details various possible options.

1 Guided Tours of the Collegiate Church

Individual visitors

Every day, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays : 2.30pm
Guided tour of church, crypt, archaeological basement, Imperial Room.

Tour lasts 1hr 30 minutes.

Price: adult: 6 €; senior citizens/ students : 5 €; children (6 to 12 years): 2 €

School Groups

Available every day by reservation 9am till 5pm (not Sunday morning).
Guided tour of church, crypt, archaeological basement, Imperial Room.
Tour lasts 1hr 30 minutes.
Maximum 25 people per group.
Available languages: French, Dutch, English, German.

Schools outside Nivelles:

Price : 2 € per student (6 - 18 years)

Price: 40 € per person
Groups of 25 - 28 (maximum) people

Access: 3 coach parking spaces on the Grand-Place ( not Saturday morning), 5 at the Dodaine Park
Important
- confirmation of the number of participants must be made 3 working days before the date of the visit.
- 30 % down-payment must be made within 10 days of the reservation. Balance to be paid one week before the visit. No refunds will be made for the number of participants being reduced in the seven days before the visit. Payment for any extra visitors added after the balance has been paid, should be made directly to the guide, in cash, at the time of the visit.

Individual visitors can obtain booklets regarding local attractions and guided walks at the reception desk of the Tourist office, situated close to the Grand-Place at 48, Rue de Saintes.
